Radoslav Ivanov is a Director, Investment Banking, with VTB Capital in Bulgaria.  He has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Mathematics from Drexel University in Philadelphia. Prior to VTB Capital, Radoslav has worked with British Petroleum in Houston, Texas, as an associate manager with the company’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group, where he has completed M&A transactions with a market value of ca. USD 4 billion in the U.S. and Canada. He has also worked as a petroleum economist overseeing investments in BP’s oil & gas exploration program in the deepwater Gulf of Mexico.  Radoslav has an extensive experience of advising companies on a variety of debt financings and M&A transactions in Bulgaria and abroad.
