Dr. Alexander APOSTOLOV holds a (Ph.D.) degree in (Finance, Investments & Capital Markets) from the Economic Research Institute at BAS, and an (MBA) from the Lund University. He is an experienced Senior Investment Professional, licensed Investment advisor and Stockbroker, with progressive international experience in the Treasury banking/Investment industry. He holds scientific qualifications in the field of behavioral economics. Deep knowledge and understanding of finance and economics. Key areas of expertise include: Portfolio management, Treasury and International Capital Markets, Exchange-traded financial instruments, FX, Proprietary trading, Risk management & control, Structured Derivatives Products, Brokerage, Financial Planning, and Business Development, International Private Banking, Policy Implementation and etc. A proven track record in linking corporate vision to the delivery of desired results through people empowerment and the effective use of resources, processes, and technologies. Demonstrated ability to plan, develop and manage investment portfolios, with a keen focus on maximizing gains while maintaining appropriate risk tolerance levels.
He is an author of a number of scientific papers in reputable scientific journals dealing with behavioral finance issues and their applications on capital markets and trading in financial instruments as well as numerous publications, analyzes and opinions for the needs of various financial institutions.
